    Once the needs are identified, we create an invoice. After payment is done, we put your order on production. Preparation and production takes 5 to 7 days depending on the size of your order.

    Delivery timeframes vary depending on the location and size of the order. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.


    Any delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control but will be communicated where possible.

    Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


    Custom-made PPE items may not be returnable unless faulty.


    Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days upon return approval.
